Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 oz. Pequin Chiles
  • 1 teaspoon cominos (cumin)
  • tiny bit of water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Hunt's Tomato Sauce 28 oz. can

Directions

Can be made two ways. First way : Open can of Hunt's Tomato Sauce. Pour in blender add other ingredients and mix well until chiles and other stuff is made into one sauce. Then you're done .

2nd way is a bit time comsuming but grind Pequin Chiles in a mortar. mix the ground chiles and other stuff together in a bowl.

Excellent on tacos , mashed potatoes and even mixed with ranch dressing on salad (my wife does this). Pretty good on darn near everything.

The man I learned this from drinks it like water out of a jar
