Ingredients

  • bufallo meat (beef as a substitute)
  • 6 chillis (finely chopped)
  • 19 finely chopped sage leaves
  • peanut butter
  • spinach
  • buffalo fat

Directions

marinate buffalo in half the chiilis. put the spinach in a pan with the rest of chillis, peanut butter, sage leaves and buffalo fat. then put the buffalo in and cook until the meat is well browned.
